Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and gift-with-purchase items are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
